Veneer Cabinets. Our wood veneer comes in all of the same species as our doors so it will have the same overall look. Refacing cabinets is a great way to give your kitchen a new look with a minimum of mess and inconvenience.
Veneers of this type are often uses to face cabinetry that is constructed with durable but less costly materials. A veneer is actually the thin piece of the laminate or wood that is applied over the plywood cabinets. However if youve prepped primed and sanded the surface properly you should be able to use any high-quality paint that you would use to paint a real wooden cabinet with.
It is also a green product as wood veneer use stretches timber resources.
This is a great alternative to complete cabinet replacement. Remove the doors and drawers and cover the front edges of the cabinets with peel-and-stick wood veneer. Glue adhesive-backed MDF veneer panels to bottoms and sides with spray adhesive. Remove drawers from the cabinets and set aside.
